The company was founded as Zhejiang Weichuang Fashion in 1992 and renamed to Jiaxing Senchuang in 1999.  It owns 2 production facilities:

• Jiaxing Senchuang Fashion Co. Ltd  with a  total  of 25 production lines 

• Nantong Runchuang Fashion Co. Ltd with a total of 15 production lines

Until 2019 the focus of the company was producing blouses and dresses for the American and Australian market. In April 2019 the decision was made to expand the business to Europe.

In May 2019 the European office opened in the centre of The Netherlands under the name of SC Fashion B.V. headed by 2 fashion professionals:
 

• Cees Stellingwerff; worked and lived for 12 years in China managing production for various international brands and retailers.  
   

• Hans van der Blij;  worked for major fashion retail- and wholesale
  companies in Europe.
