HIGHLIGHTS
Our production bases are located in Jiaxing and in Nantong. Both locations are around 2 hours drive from Shanghai. In total we have 40 production lines. In our company we have 900 dedicated workers.

Every month we produce 250.000 pieces of garments. Our main items are blouses and dresses.
The fabrics used are silk, viscose, crepe georgette, voile and regenerated fabrics. Our fabric department will handle your requests concerning sourcing, development or importing.

SC Fashion has the unique possibility to mix & match fine-knit and light-wovens in 1 item. All this is produced in-house.
Our European office is fully equipped to serve our customers. The office is located in the Netherlands

QUALITY ASSURANCE
We believe that a good product starts with dedicated people and good machines. We are constantly investing in educating our people, state of the art machines and new technologies.
Yuki high-speed stitching machines, fabric pre-shrinkage machines and Gerber laser cutter are enabling us to match the highest quality standards.
Our QC team has the support of a fully equipped in-house lab with e.g. a Datacolor spectrophotometer to avoid color differences.

By using Clo3D for the linking of 3D design to 2D patterns we are optimizing the production with higher speed, more accuracy and less waste.
